BEDROOMS
This lovely holiday house has three bedrooms, consisting of two double bedrooms (each with a Queen size bed) and one single bedroom with two single beds.

A colour TV is available in one of the larger bedrooms, however all bedrooms include:

• Electric blankets
• Alarm clocks
• Wardrobe

Two foldaway beds and a baby cot are also available.

LIVING AREA
With wireless high-speed Internet access, a computer, Sky (Cable) TV, DVD player and DVD library - you are all set for a rainy indoor day or a relaxing evening 'staying in'.

During the cooler month’s curl up in front of the log fire with a book, listen to a CD or watch television.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Located on the banks of the Kawarau River, the villa is a wonderful place to enjoy a typical outdoor New Zealand summer holiday! Enjoy the private balcony and courtyard areas as well as gas BBQ for summer alfresco cooking while soaking up the glorious alpine and river views.

The kitchen is well appointed with full cooking facilities, including oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster and jug. Enjoy a home cooked meal in your private dining area - a great place for a relaxed brunch or formal evening meal.

BATHROOM / LAUNDRY
From a quick shower to a long soak, the bathroom is designed for everyone. The family bathroom has a shower over spa bath, heated towel rail, hairdryer and bath towels.

Because the villa is self-catering, guests have their own private laundry room with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities. However daily or weekly servicing is available upon request.
