Will my holiday accommodation be fully serviced on a daily basis?
Private holiday rental accommodation is popular with New Zealand travellers as it offers privacy and affordability. To retain your privacy and keep accommodation rates affordable, your holiday accommodation will not be serviced during your stay. However, if you would prefer to have your accommodation serviced during your stay we are happy to provide a quote for this additional service.

Does this mean I have to clean the holiday accommodation when I leave?
Definitely not! Your holiday accommodation will be fully cleaned and serviced prior to your arrival and will be cleaned and serviced once you have departed.

Do I have to supply my own linen?
No! Each of our private accommodation venues are fully self contained, this includes all bedroom and bathroom linens.

What months of the year are considered ‘high’ season for taking a holiday in New Zealand?
Peak holiday season in New Zealand normally runs from mid December to early February, however ski destinations such as Queenstown also have a second peak season from July to October.

Other busy times include February, national long weekends and school holidays.

What are your check-in and departure times?
Your holiday accommodation will be ready for occupation at 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure (unless by prior arrangement).

What is your Smoking Policy?
A no smoking policy applies to the full interior of your holiday accommodation. This means you cannot smoke inside your accommodation, however smoking is permitted outside.

How can I make a reservation?
You can use the online Make a Booking form and secure payments area within our Website. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your accommodation booking.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. We treat the security of our guest’s information very seriously. To ensure your security, all credit card transactions are secured by SSL, which encrypts the credit card number so as to make it unavailable to any other party.

Can I request a quote or check availability before making a reservation?
Yes you can. Simply complete the Request a Quote form and we will respond within 48 hours with an accommodation quote and advice regarding availability for the dates you require.

Can I bring my pet on holiday with me?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets in our accommodation, however if you would like to bring your pet on holiday with you, there are plenty of reputable animal boarding facilities in Queenstown.

How long will it take me to drive to the local ski areas?

  • Coronet Peak is approximately 25 minutes driving distance
  • The Remarkables is approximately 40 minutes driving distance
  • Cardrona and the Snow Park take approximately 1 hour of driving
  • Treble Cone is approximately 1.5 hours driving distance
