Situated in a popular and exclusive accommodation area in Frankton Road, the sunny self-contained cottage also enjoys quaint rose and cottage style gardens along with fantastic alpine and lake views.

BEDROOMS
The two separate spacious bedrooms each contain a Queen size bed and colour TV along with views of the pretty exterior garden. An additional fold out double sofa bed is available in the living room plus a rollaway bed. Each bed is fitted with quality linen and electric blankets, and a baby cot is also available upon request.

The cottage can sleep up to 7 guests.

KITCHEN / DINING
Easily located close to all the top restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets that Queenstown has to offer, guests can choose to dine out, bring back scrummy takeaways or whip up their own gourmet feast in the comfort of their cottage accommodation!

The kitchen is well appointed with full cooking facilities, including oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster and jug. There is also no shortage of crockery, glassware and utensils!

The open plan dining area is a great place for a relaxed brunch or formal evening meal.

LIVING AREA
The winter ski season is a popular time to visit the Queenstown region however just because it's cold outside doesn't mean you have to be cold inside! Bellehaven Cottage offers guests an incredibly warm and cosy stay. Curl up in front of the roaring log fire and listen to your favourite CD or watch a DVD with a glass of delicious mulled wine! A computer with high-speed Internet is also available.

Guests wanting to unwind and 'get away from it all' will also enjoy the holiday cottage setting with its beautiful rose gardens; complimented by the scenic mountain and lake views. Family friendly, the cottage also has a highchair and baby stroller available.

OUTDOOR LIVING
During the summer, accommodation guests can take full advantage of the sunny private balcony and gas BBQ.

BATHROOM / LAUNDRY
The cottage has two toilets as well as a bathroom with separate shower, heated towel rail, bathroom linen and hairdryer.

The cottage is fully serviced on a weekly basis, however for guest convenience the cottage does have a laundry area with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.
