Thank you for looking after Racheal and I for the weekend, couldn't believe it would snow at that time of year! The Villa on the River was warm place to stay home away from home we both looking forward to our next trip to QT. Best Regards From: Danny de Hek Date: Sun 10/22/06 9:41AM Message: Autoline Motel- take extreme care, we booked a 2 bedroom unit for 7 nights for Oct4-11th, they were in process of renovation but a**ured me all would be ready for our arrival. Just to make sure 2 days before we were to leave for Queenstown I sent an email t make sure they were finished and would be ready for us- I got back an email 2 days later saying dues to credit crisis the renovations were not finiashed, they were cancelling our booking and we should find other accomodation . No phone call and we would not have known if I had not got in contact with them. I phoned them but straight thru to an answer ph- which ironically dais they opend for business 01 Oct - a day after they sent me the email cancelling our booking ..... These people are not to be trusted, they reneg on bookings, they are unprofessional and in my opinion and experience should be avoided at all costs.
